Block Management Service

This is an additional service, available for Lease Holders & Free Holders. Our Block Management Service includes the following:

Block Management

• Organise property insurance.

• Organise fire alarm and smoke detector maintenance.

• Organise fire risk assessment (if applicable).

• Organise annual inspection of fire extinguishers.

• Find and liase with contractors to carry out any maintenance needed in the exterior or interior of the building.

• General cleaning.

• Carpet cleaning.

• Window cleaning.

• Regular inspection of light fittings and light bulbs.

• Painting and decorating the building.

These services are charged depending on the size of the property.
