Introduction of Prospective tenant for the property

Arrange and carry out viewings
Check tenant’s references and credit history
Draw up a tenancy agreement and negotiate the terms of the tenancy between you and the Tenant
Collect first month’s rent and secure 1month plus £200 deposit in advance.
FEE – ONE AND HALF WEEKS RENT No VAT (for a limited period) (Sole agent)
Additional Services
Set up a standing order for future rent for the Landlord so the rent is paid directly in to his/her bank account every month.
Inform the council of the change in occupancy with regards to council tax
