What will we do upon receiving your application?
We will contact you straight away to finalise your property description and make sure everything is in order before it goes live.
We can visit your property and take as many photos as you like (subject to an additional fee)
Your property will then be advertised on our website and automatically advertised on Rightmove, Fish 4 Homes, propertyfinder.com, Sky, Virgin Media, MSN, Yahoo, Tiscali , orange, AOL and Timesonline and 10 other local websites. It will also be advertised in a number of letting agent directories.
You will also get the benefit from our Google and Yahoo marketing search engine and from all our applicants that register on our mailing list. We will then match any enquiries we have from prospective tenants to your property and send you the enquiry via SMS text or email.
