If you find anything that interests you, and would like to arrange a free home visit, simply email or call us with the properties you wish to view and the preferred time for viewing. We are happy to arrange evening viewings, as well as Saturdays and Sunday as appropriate.

As and when your mind is set on a property, we will help you with the following steps:


  1. All applicants needs to come to the office and fill in an application form for the property they are interested in ( applications forms can be downloaded from our website)

  2. Pay a holding deposit of £300 on debit or credit card which goes towards the rent and main deposit)

  3. Provide a landlord and employer reference.

  4. A full online credit check and referencing ( will carried out by an independent credit check company) they will require


  5. At least a document from each section


    A. Address verification proof:

    • Gas / Electricity bill

    • Bank / Building society statement

    • Telephone bill


    B. Identity proof & N.I number:

    • Passport photo

    • Photo of driving licence

    • Photocopy of National Insurance card


    C. Proof of income:

    • P60, P45, P35

    • Payslips (most three recent ones)

    • Statement of Accounts (self Assessment)


  6. Application fee:

    • An administration fee of £100.00 for the first applicant and £50.00 for each additional applicant when applying

    • A reduced fee for key worker and student of £60 no vat per applicant

    • These fees are payable when submitting an application for accommodation


  7. Money to be paid before moving in:

    • The first month’s rent in advance in cleared fund before moving in – the holding deposit amount that has been paid initially

    • A security deposit of one month’s rent + £200


  8. Where required a Guarantor it has to be:

    • A UK homeowner

    • Provide a proof of ownership

    • Relevant financial reference



A fee of £40 no vat for the Guarantor


All rent is collected by monthly standing order


Record an inventory/Schedule of Condition of the property, with check-in & check-out reports (A 50-50 cost, split between the tenant & landlord) depending on the size of the property.
